Ramesh K. Menon, President & CEO

• Prior to founding Structured Investment Management, Ramesh Menon accumulated over 17 years of large-firm experience in equity derivatives and structured products, eight of them as a Managing Director.
• In his most recent prior employment, he was highly instrumental in building and managing the structured products business at Citigroup. Under Mr. Menon's leadership, the U.S. business at Citigroup achieved a 35 percent market-share and outperformed its nearest competitor by 2:1 in sales.
• Mr. Menon also held positions with Salomon Smith Barney, Salomon Brothers, Bear Stearns & Co., County Natwest Securities and Kidder Peabody & Co.
• Mr. Menon has designed and hedged approximately $3 billion worth of investment products for leading mutual fund companies, and investors have purchased over $15 billion dollars of products structured by Mr. Menon.
• He completed a Bachelor's program in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University in India and earned an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
