Nikola Andersson
Nikola Anderssson was most recently Executive Vice President of Structured Investment Management before leaving to spend more time with her family. Before joining Structured Investment Management, Nikola Andersson, a native of Australia, was Director, Electronic Trading, for UBS in Tokyo. Prior to UBS, she spent two years with Bloomberg LP Trading Systems in Tokyo. Earlier in her career, she worked in risk management at BZW in London.

Vladimijr Attard
Mr. Attard is a Principal at Lydian Asset Management, a hedge fund sponsor with operations in New York and London. He specializes in global convertible arbitrage, relative value credit, and capital structure arbitrage strategies. Mr. Attard was educated at Cambridge University.

Gordon Forrester
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Forrester previously headed Putnam Investments' Asia Pacific business. Before that Mr. Forrester held the roles of Head of Marketing as well as Director of Retail Marketing for Putnam. In these roles, he was responsible for among other things: strategic brand planning, multiple product line rationalizations, and repositioning multiple products. He also developed and implemented the first advisor-sold 529 college savings plan in the marketplace, launched and developed a separately managed account capability and managed numerous investment product launches and new channel development across the globe. Before Putnam, Mr. Forrester was the Chief Administrative Officer of Evergreen Investments.

Charles S. Foster
SIM's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Accumulated over 17 years of experience in investment banking and structured finance, nine as Managing Director. Formerly at Barclays Capital, was instrumental in building the firm's investment banking business in the technology, media and telecommunication sectors. Previously, held various positions with Citigroup, Citicorp Securities, and Citibank Canada.

Meera Gandhi
Mrs. Gandhi is a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, CEO of MTG Productions, a well known community leader, committed humanitarian and philanthropist dedicated to solutions to human suffering and deprivation around the globe. In 2008, Meera Gandhi launched her own Television and Internet production company, MTG productions, where she is producing content for TV, Internet and the 4th Dimension. Ms. Gandhi has worked for Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) and Credit Suisse.

Ziad Malek
Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Malek Partners LLC, an investment management marketing and strategic advisory firm specializing in investment product marketing to global financial institutions. Former President of MFS International, responsible for building the international business for the Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS) mutual fund complex. Built the international structured note business at Putnam Investments. Accumulated more than 25 years of experience in investment management and investment banking.

Ramesh K. Menon
Chairman of the Board of Directors and SIM's Founder. Accumulated over 17 years of large-firm experience in equity derivatives and structured products, eight as Managing Director. Was instrumental in building and managing Citigroup's structured products business. Also held positions with Salomon Smith Barney, Salomon Brothers, Bear Stearns & Co., County Natwest Securities, and Kidder Peabody & Co.

Andrzej Rojek
A founding principal of Lydian Asset Management, leading the firm's business development and investor relations activities. Active in global equities since 1986, managed a broad range of equity-oriented operations including cash equity sales and trading, private equity and derivative products as Managing Director and Partner at Bankers Trust. While at Bankers Trust, served as global head of various groups including Equity Products, European Equity Derivatives, U.S Equity Derivatives, and Convertibles Products. Prior to that, was with the convertibles groups at Merrill Lynch and Cresvale Securities.
